How is a talent marketplace different from an internal job board?+
An internal job board primarily lists vacancies. An Internal Talent Marketplace connects employees with a broader range of development and contribution opportunities—including gigs, projects, mentors, learning and career pathways—as well as internal roles.
Does Virkware replace an LMS?+
No. Virkware can recommend relevant learning and provide a connected access experience, while the LMS continues to host and manage learning content and completion workflows.
Does AI-powered mean generative AI?+
No. Virkware currently uses traditional AI and machine learning primarily for recommendations. It does not currently describe its product as GenAI-, LLM- or agent-powered.
